certified letter

All orders are shipped from Spain as a "certified letter". Items posted are tracked and individually identified with a label with barcode stuck to the front. Din A3 prints are packed in a protective cello bag and are shipped flat inside a resistant cardboard envelope (321x455 mm).
Din A2/A1 prints are packed in a protective cello bag and are shipped rolled up inside a resistant cardboard box (115x115x455mm).
A “delivery note” and a “certificate of authenticity” are enclosed with all orders.

delivering time

The prints are dispatched within three days of receipt.
The delivery time depends on the geographical zone in which the customer is located. Usually you have to calculate 2 - 7 days for Spain / 5 - 15 days for Europe / 4 - 8 weeks for out of Europe (according to country)
Depending on the availability of the prints in stock, it can be necessary to add about three working days to the delivery time.

Flat rate shipping costs are calculated in addition to the purchase price of each order. Depending on the geographical zone, one of the following shipping prices has to be added.

19,00 € out of Europe
Shipping costs include the handling, packaging and shipping of the order.

order cancellation or change

The purchase can be canceled or changed as long as the “shipping confirmation email” didn’t arrive. This means that the sending process has not yet started. In this case the customer has to send an email as soon as possible to cancel or change the order.
